Jackie suffered a very serious traumatic brain injury in 1966 on the 19th birthday during an alcochol-related accident.

Jack Lyn had been through 10 different service providers and institutional care during her first 10 years….Then we found TURN Community Services. Jackie is celebrating her 27th year at TURN and has progressed all the way to independent living.

She so loves independent living and having her own apartment. She is so proud to have her own supported employment job. All of this is due to TURN’s direct involvement in her program!

The integrated programs TURN offers its clients as Service Providers is remarkable. Your employees are extremely competent and extremely compassionate.

Recently, I dropped in on Ogden day campers enjoying lunch at the South Ogden Splash Pad.  Shoes off, bathing suits on and grins in place, eleven campers discovered the fun of the unpredictable jets of water, the swings, slides, and even woodchips. With their instructors’ help, children tie-dyed tee-shirts, devoured Popsicles, and stayed cool on June’s hottest day of the year.  Ogden summer day camp provides real enjoyment for campers and needed help for their families.  Please support it!”
