Day Program Direct Support Professional – St. George
As a full- or part-time Day Program Direct Support Professional, you will start your day by preparing for a variety of engaging activities. You will take clients to fun outings every week, such as picnics in the park, refreshing swims, exciting festivals and fairs, and friendly bowling competitions. You will lead creative exercise sessions, incorporating accessible yoga and other movement activities. Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Cedar City
As a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities in living their lives to the fullest and as independently as possible. You provide this support and guidance during day shifts, swing shifts, or night shifts in supported living programs, group homes, and family support programs. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living such as medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping.
4-Plex Residential Program Assistant – Salt Lake
As a Residential Program Assistant, you play an essential role in helping our program coordinator keep our group home running smoothly. You provide additional oversight to the staffing and training of our group home as well as ensure that residents receive the individual support that they need. In addition, you help coordinate and lead the programs that we offer. Following along with our person-centered and behavior support plans, you monitor, supervise, and participate in their development and implementation, which means our residents are always receiving the top-quality care they need.
Art Center Program Coordinator
As the Art and Learning Center Program Coordinator, you oversee the development and implementation of personalized behavior support plans and create fun and engaging curricula to help our participants with disabilities learn new skills. With your eye for detail and passion for helping others, you ensure our social services program is always running smoothly. As our nonprofit’s community champion, you’re the go-to person for all stakeholders, and you love building and maintaining positive relationships with everyone you meet.
