is the best place to start your employment journey. We support youth to find real work experience to prepare them for life after high school. Services provided may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supported Education

Supported Employment (SE)

In partnership with the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD), we support individuals to obtain and maintain community, integrated employment. These services are not time-limited, but long-term; DSPD funding is required. There is currently a waiting list for these services. You can apply here.
Services are tailored to each individual’s needs. They may include, but are not limited to:
  • Resume writing
  • Practice Interview skills
  • How to apply for jobs of interest
  • Informational Interviews and Job Tours to ensure a good job match.
  • Transportation Training
  • Job CoachingOn the job support until the individual and their supervisor
  • are confident and comfortable in their job duties.
  • Job maintenance with regular job site visits

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)

In partnership with VR, we support individuals with disabilities to find and maintain employment that matches their skills, needs, and interests. These are time-limited services.
